Miley Cyrus and underpants model Justin Gaston have been spotted frolicking the public domain twice this week. Are they dating, or does she say “he’s just a friend.”
I wonder what Billy Ray Cyrus has to say about this. My guess is that he’d ask them to pose nude in their underwear and snap a few photos. Good ol country lovin.
